Rudy and Laura Quinones are the proud owners of Kwik Kar Lube and Tune of San Antonio.  Rudy’s passion for cars began at his Grandfather’s service station in El Paso, Texas in the 1970’s.  Over the years, still impressed by such amazing machines, Rudy became a Master Fleet Mechanic for UPS.  Rudy worked full time, and never gave up on his education.  After years of balancing both school and a full time job, Rudy obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1994. Shortly thereafter, Rudy began working as a Facilities Engineer for UPS in San Antonio.  While working in San Antonio, Rudy’s love for the automotive environment persuaded him to find the entrepreneur side of himself.

The Dream Realized

Rudy and Laura Quinones were motivated to provide the best automotive service and repair with reasonable prices.  So, in 2005 they opened Kwik Kar Lube and Tune on Thousand Oaks.  Not only do they desire pure satisfaction of their customers, but also their employees.  Their working environment is both well maintained and safe, and they are offered continued training and development, along with excellent wages.

Rudy and Laura are very family oriented.  They have three children; Alejandro (12), Diego (9), and Alina (7).  Alejandro and Diego help out with window washing and cashier duties during the weekends, while Alina enjoys raiding the candy machine.
